By using FitRPG (“the App”) you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for entertainment and fitness motivation.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for exercising safely. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress. Consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program.
In-game currency, items, and progress have no real-world cash value. We may reset or adjust progress to address cheating, bugs, or abuse.
You may create usernames and clan names/descriptions. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, including hate, harassment, sexual content, illegal activity, or spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts. Report abusive players from the App when reporting is available.
Fair play is required. Exploiting bugs, manipulating HealthKit data, or abusing matchmaking may result in bans.
You may delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend access for Terms violations.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
