FitRPG

Privacy Policy

FitRPG turns real-world exercise into RPG progress on iOS. This page explains what data the app uses and why.

Short version: gameplay data syncs through Firebase. Camera pose tracking stays on your device. HealthKit is read-only when you allow it. You can delete your FitRPG account in the app.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use data

To run the game, sync progress across devices, matchmaking and leaderboards, push notifications, abuse prevention, and App Store requirements such as account deletion.

3. Sharing

We use Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, Analytics, Crashlytics) under Google’s terms. We do not sell your personal data. Other players can see public gameplay info you choose to show (username, clan name/description, leaderboard stats).

4. Health disclaimer

FitRPG is for entertainment and fitness motivation only. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program. Exercise at your own risk.

5. User-generated content

Usernames and clan text are visible to other players. Do not post personal data about other people. We may remove abusive content and restrict accounts that break the Terms.

6. Retention & deletion

Open Profile → Delete Account to remove FitRPG character data tied to your account. Shared ecosystem apps under the same Firebase user (if any) are handled separately. For help, email borisserzh5@gmail.com.

7. Children

FitRPG is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Do not use the app if you are under that age.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
