By using WorkoutTracker (“the App”) you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. User-Generated Content

The App lets you create and share content (e.g., shared workouts, titles, descriptions, and notes). You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree NOT to submit content that is:

• Sexual, pornographic, or suggestive;
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory;
• Violent, or that promotes self-harm or dangerous activity;
• Illegal, or that promotes drugs (including performance-enhancing drugs);
• Spam, advertising, or that contains others’ personal data;
• Otherwise objectionable or unrelated to fitness.

3. Moderation & Enforcement

We use automated moderation and user reports. We may remove content and suspend or ban users who violate these terms. You can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly in the App. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
