This Privacy Policy explains how WorkoutTracker (“the App”, “we”, “us”), developed by Boris Serzhanovich, handles your information. The App is a fitness and workout tracking application for iOS and watchOS. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

When you grant permission, the App reads health metrics from Apple HealthKit solely to display them inside the App and compute fitness insights. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing, and we do not share it with third parties. HealthKit data is processed on your device.
Most of your data — workouts, measurements, photos, and settings — is created and used on your device. Depending on the feature, data is stored as follows:

Apple’s Privacy Policy, and is
not accessible to us. Health-derived metrics read from HealthKit are not
written to CloudKit beyond the workout/measurement values described above.
When you use AI Coach or AI generation features, the text you submit is sent to our secure backend (Google Cloud Functions) and processed by Google’s Vertex AI (Gemini) models to generate a response. Requests are protected by Firebase App Check. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies. Content you explicitly choose to share (e.g., shared workouts) becomes visible to other users of the App.
You can delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete Profile & Data (local data) and Settings → Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and all associated server-side data (shared workouts, blocked list, and reports). This action cannot be undone.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise deletion directly in the App, or contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
